Science and its well-founded theories and first-class data on the one hand, and technical know-how and practical experience to complete the project on the other hand… No thanks! This dichotomy is far too common, and as a result, concepts taken from other disciplines may often interfere with the core business of facilities management. You won’t find that here. Our goal is to develop customised solutions for our clients that combine integrated, practical and scientifically founded strategies – a well-balanced solution tailored to suit the client’s specific needs.

For this reason, we do not have ready-made concepts filed away in a drawer. For you, and together with you, we create tailor-made solutions and then turn them into reality. To do so, we rely on our many years of practical experience in national and international projects combined with the latest discoveries in scientific research. We are fortunate to be affiliated with the acclaimed Professor Kunibert Lennerts – the first professor of Facilities Management at the University of Karlsruhe, and the only facilities management professor in all of Germany.
