PROJECT: INVENTORY CONTROL

Managing large, complex projects in the area of facility management has been one of our specialty areas at ikl from the beginning.

Collecting data for all properties in electronic form (4 million m2 BGF) for the German Federal Employment Office within a time period of only four months required competent and innovative project management performance. We, of course, had to keep the individual circumstances in mind at all times, such as the differing ownership structure of the property, minimal disruption of the controlled operation and the high quality and uniformity of the required data.
